Eligibility Window

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.

Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original packaging (if applicable)
• Free from damage, scents, or signs of use

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Email TeamButtonwillow@buttonwillowraceway.com with:
• Name
• Order number
• Items you wish to return

You’ll receive instructions within 1–2 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:
• We shipped the wrong item
• The product arrived damaged

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after processing.

To exchange an item, request a return and place a new order for the desired size or product.
